B the Leader specializes in dog behavior training. Our program helps stop problem behaviors such as:

• Jumping

• Barking

• Biting/ Being Mouthy

• Leash Pulling

• Running Away

• Reactivity to other dogs

• Anxious/ nervous behavior

This is deeper training than basic commands. We teach you how to create a balanced coexistence with your dog in your daily life. 

Our dog behavioral training is based on Cesar Millan's technique of bringing balance and order to the home. Animals naturally seek balance, but we, as humans, have to work to create it. 

Our training center, located in Springfield, Oregon, was founded by Julia Bowlin. Julia earned the nickname “Eugene’s Dog Whisperer” when she began formally training dogs in 2004. Her passion for dogs is lifelong and she has studied wolves and dog behavior since she was young.
