Owner and Founder, known as Eugene's Dog Whisperer, Julia Bowlin has been training dogs since 2004. Her love for dogs has been with her throughout her life. B the Leader was founded due to Julia's desire to share her passion and fascination for canine behavior and help people transform their relationships with their dogs.
